Helping Women Understand Their Bodies and Feel Like Themselves Again.
Personalized integrative health coaching for women seeking a whole-person approach to wellness.
A Holistic & Root-Cause Approach to Supporting Your Health
We look beyond symptoms and take a deeper look at your health—connecting the dots between your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and labs to better understand where your body may need support.
01
Assessment & Detoxification
We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle. From there, we support your body's natural detoxification processes with targeted nutrition, herbs, and lifestyle recommendations.
02
At-Home Lab Tests
We use at-home functional lab testing to gather additional information about areas such as hormones, gut health, nutrient markers, environmental exposures, and more. These insights can help us identify potential underlying patterns.
03
Personalized Wellness Plan
With your results in hand, we create a personalized wellness plan that fits your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. You'll receive recommendations on nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle changes.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME
I know what it’s like to battle chronic symptoms for years.
By the time I entered my 20s, I had gained 30 pounds, my hair was thinning and had stopped growing, and I was struggling with chronic constipation, unwanted hair growth, and irregular periods.
In 2020, I was finally diagnosed with PCOS. But even with a diagnosis, I still felt like I was missing the bigger picture—why my body was struggling and what I could do to support it beyond simply managing my symptoms with medication.
This began an almost 10-year journey filled with disappointment, countless practitioners, and so much trial and error—but ultimately, it led me to a deeper understanding of my body and how to give it the support it needed to thrive.
My own journey, and seeing so many other women navigate similar struggles, inspired me to create a different kind of approach—one designed to take some of the guesswork out of wellness and give women a clearer path forward.

An Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) is a wellness professional trained through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute in integrative and natural health approaches. I have completed both IHP Level 1 and Level 2, which included training in areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, supplementation, functional lab testing, and integrative wellness protocols.
My training focuses on looking at the whole person—including health history, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, environment, and functional lab findings—to identify potential areas of imbalance and create personalized wellness recommendations that support the body's natural processes.
The IHP certification is a wellness credential and does not make me a licensed physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
-
I commonly support women experiencing fatigue, digestive issues, skin concerns, hormonal imbalances, sleep challenges, and other ongoing health concerns. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, we look at the whole picture—including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, environment, health history, and functional lab insights—to identify areas that may need additional support.
-
My programs are primarily designed for women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, but I am trained to work with both men and women over the age of 3. At this time, I do not work with women who are pregnant or nursing.

Getting started is simple! First, complete the brief online application so I can learn a little more about you, your health and wellness goals, and what you're looking for in a program. After submitting your application, you'll be prompted to schedule a complimentary discovery call.
During the call, we'll talk more about your goals, walk through the program, answer any questions you have, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. If we decide to move forward, you'll receive the next steps for enrollment and getting started.

Everyone's health journey is different, so there is no guaranteed timeline for results. My core program is approximately four months, giving us time to assess your health history, complete foundational support and lab testing, and implement your personalized 12-week wellness protocol. Some clients may choose to continue beyond the initial program depending on their goals and needs.
