Welcome, I’m Alexis.
I Know What it’s Like to Battle Chronic Symptoms for Years.
From a young age, I struggled with severe anxiety, low mood, chronic constipation, amenorrhea, and fatigue. By my early twenties, my hair had stopped growing, I gained 30 pounds, and was dealing with persistent acne and unwanted hair growth.
In 2020, I was diagnosed with PCOS. But even with a diagnosis, I still felt like I didn't understand why my body was struggling.
What followed was years of searching for answers. I saw medical professionals, naturopaths, and explored countless health modalities, investing thousands of dollars along the way. Yet despite everything I was doing, I continued to struggle with symptoms that affected my energy, digestion, hormones, mood, blood sugar, and overall well-being.
Eventually, I Realized I Needed to Become an Advocate for My Own Health.
I began diving deeper into nutrition, functional health, and the connections between the different systems of the body. Through years of self-study, personal experimentation, and learning from different practitioners and health modalities, I began to connect the dots in ways I hadn't before.
In 2026, I officially became an Integrative Health Practitioner, turning something that had been a deeply personal journey into a way to support other women who feel stuck in the same cycle of symptoms, confusion, and unanswered questions.

TRAINING & CREDENTIALS
Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP2)
INTEGRATIVE HEALTH PRACTITIONER INSTITUTE
My training includes integrative health principles and coaching, nutrition and lifestyle foundations, functional lab education, and personalized wellness protocols.
My approach is functional, integrative, and personalized. Rather than looking at each symptom in isolation, I help clients look at the bigger picture—including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, lab testing, and other factors that may be influencing how they feel.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
I Want Other Women to Know There’s Hope and You Don’t Have to Do This Alone.
I've been the woman trying one thing after another, spending thousands of dollars searching for the right answers, and wondering whether I would ever feel well again.
That experience shaped the way I work today. My goal isn't to overwhelm you with another list of things to do. It's to help you better understand your body, connect the dots, and create a realistic path forward.
Together, we'Il build a strong foundation, look deeper, and create a holistic path toward supporting your health and wellness.
